Analog VHS Tape Transfers To Digital Media
Our company began transferring film to video in 1981. We have transferred film and video for hundreds of customers all across the U.S. and Canada, including
dozens of jobs here on eBay, until a few years ago when elderly family health issues caused us to temporarily discontinue our listings. We are back now with new listings, and brand new state of the art equipment. But still with the same attention to detail, and commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Our Video Transfer Systems
We use professional grade video systems and high end computers to provide the finest quality analog video to digital transfers available. We maintain our systems to the highest standards.
We have been at this for over 30 years. We only use professional grade equipment, and are confident ALL of our customers will be 100% satisfied with our services.
Our
Process
As soon as we receive your sequentially numbered tapes, whether they be one or many, we will notify you.
When your order comes up, we transfer your tape(s) to an AVI or MPEG-4 file. The rendered file is recoded to any number of codec containers including
AVI, MOV, WMV, MPEG-4, or Quicktime, on the media of your choice, DVD, SD card, or flash drive. They can be played on a computer and displayed on a TV monitor using Windows Media Player or other compatible programs.
We can also output to external hard drive. Customer can provide hard drive, or we can. (Contact us for current prices.)
Pricing
Straight transfers are a flat rate
$5.00 per 30 minutes
for SVHS, VHS and VHS-C.
To Order
Total up the number of tapes.
To start, order 1 unit per tape. We will caculate the TOTAL MINUTES AFTER all the work is complete and BILL YOU for the remainder minus the amount paid.
MINIMUM $5.00 PER TAPE
MINIMUM ORDER $25.00
Other Charges
Other charges are also simple to calculate.
Blank media for outputting files can be provided by the customer, or calculated as follows;
DVDs = $5 ea. or 1 “unit”
16G Flash Drive = $10 ea. or 2 “units”
16G SD Card = $10.ea. or 2 “units”
NOTE: Larger orders (over 10 hours) are best to output on hard drives.
Return shipping is USPS Media Rate appropriate size calculated and added to the total.
We use USPS Media Mail with a “tracking number” and “signature confirmation” to return films.
Other Important Information
Turn-Around time is usually just a few days. Holiday season can be longer, but we still try to get everything done within 7 days, depending on the size of the order.
We do not archive video transfers. We do not process pornography. We do not process copyrighted material unless you are the copyright owner and can provide documentation.

What To Do Now
Preview your tapes. If you can’t, it’s okay, just number them in the order you think they should go. If they are out of proper sequence, that’s okay too, they can be shuffled around after the transfer process. Then
order from the listing. Once everything is in order, pack your tapes carefully into a sturdy box and send them via Priority Mail to;
